  • Where are you based ?

    We are based in Exmouth.  We can offer our services at your grounds, gym or location or you can come to our premises to train.  We cover the South West area, please contact us to discuss in more detail. 

  • What are your business hours?

    We are able to offer our services to accomodate you.  Please contact us today to discuss in more detail and to arrange a time that is suitable for you. 

  • What are your prices?

    Prices are available on request. Prices are dependant on your needs and so may vary.  We usually charge hourly but for small groups the price can be split for affordability.  Please contact us for more information

  • What type of payment methods do you accept?

    We accept cash or BACS payments
